According to you, how does the Human Resources (HR) contribute to promoting women’s empowerment within organizations?

Our approach needs to be multifaceted. Firstly, building a fair and transparent foundation is crucial. We implement gender-neutral hiring practices and track progress through metrics like representation and pay equity. Beyond that, we need to foster an inclusive culture through initiatives like unconscious bias training and women-focused groups. Investing in women’s development is key. Flexible work arrangements help working parents thrive, while targeted mentorship and skills programs accelerate their careers. Addressing women’s specific needs in areas like safety and well-being ensures that they feel empowered and supported.
