The Women’s Chamber of Industry and Commerce (WCIC) recently celebrated four decades of empowering women entrepreneurs with their inspiring Trailblazer’s Walk and Commemorative Ceremony. The event commenced at the historic Independence Square and concluded at Viharamahadevi Park, where trailblazing women leaders gathered to honour decades of resilience and innovation. Participants enjoyed vibrant performances by the Thuryaa Women’s Drum Ensemble and refreshments generously provided by valued partners. The presence of esteemed guests, including the chief guest Mayor VraieCallyBalthazaar, added significance to this memorable celebration of female leadership, legacy, and the continuing journey towards equality.
