Hotel MaRadha hosted the Jaffna Food Festival in collaboration with My Sister’s Kitchen, bringing the flavours and traditions of Northern Sri Lankan cuisine to Colombo. The festival featured a wide selection of authentic Jaffna dishes prepared using fresh ingredients sourced from Jaffna and traditional homemade curry powders. Thushara Innasitthamby, founder of My Sister’s Kitchen, presented a menu dedicated entirely to Jaffna cuisine, offering guests an opportunity to experience its distinctive flavours. The festival included a variety of traditional dishes, desserts and live cooking stations where visitors observed the preparation of local specialities. Speaking about the event, Sugath Illangakoon highlighted the collaboration as a memorable culinary experience for diners.
