Men who matter in the Lives of Children Celebrate fatherhood!

A father should provide a safe and loving environment for his children. Ideally he should encourage their individuality and celebrate accomplishments. He should be a source of wisdom, guidance, and a constant source of love and support. In essence, his value is multifaceted and deeply impactful, shaping his children’s lives in countless ways.

In a world where children have two fathers, confusion reigns – not in the minds of the two adults but in society. Two fathers showing up to school events will not be an eyebrow raising situation in the near future or maybe it is happening right now. They are men too. Their fatherhood skills at times are said to far outweigh those of women who birth offspring. Supposedly there is less physical and verbal abuse on the child. Love reigns with patience to deal with disobedience. Is this because women are multi-tasking beyond their capacity or because they are supposed to be this way? Only time can shed light on the question. Are women programmed to raise their voices in order to maintain order in the household? Aggressive men in families bring their own brand of dominance and negativity. Social media is abound with women who speak of hardship, will power, separation, desertion, divorce and total upheaval of family life. Most women show resilience, determination and survival skills to forge ahead without a male figure in their lives. If these stories are real then kudos to them. Yet, there is always many sides to a story.
