Parenting is managing all these functions and staying on top of it. When a child demands that is his right, It is also the right of the parent to think long-term and not give into the demands especially when you know that it is not the right time.

To hear the cry of a new born, the gurgles and coos fill  a home with heightened happiness. The new parents, grandparents, extended families, friends and neighbours are rejuvenated with this new being who spreads unconditional love throughout the home. The atmosphere is also filled with the smells of baby cologne, soap and other toiletries while there’s a constant buzz of washing, ironing and soft footsteps with hushed conversations so as not to wake the sleeping infant.
