Roll the puff pastry on a floured board, cut pastry into 5” x 6” inch rectangles, brush beaten egg and bake the pastry at 2000c for 20 – 25 minutes in a pre - heated oven, take off the oven and allow to cool. In a bowl mix cream cheese and yoghurt together; apply the yoghurt mix with a brush over the puff pastry and arrange sliced strawberries over it. Brush strawberry jam over and serve.

Method
Place the flour in a bowl, add salt, sugar, yeast and mix; add butter and rub into the flour; gradually pour the milk, make a soft dough, and set aside for 40 minutes. Then transfer the dough onto a lightly floured, board, using a rolling pin; roll the dough into a 10’’ x 08” inch rectangle.
