- White Kekulu rice flour 1 Kg
- Thick coconut milk 3 cups
- Sesame seeds 25 gms (optional)
- Coconut oil 1 Litre
Mix the rice flour well with salt in a deep bowl and then add the coconut milk little by little, until you get a mixture that is thick and smooth ( a little thicker than the consistency of the pan cake mixture). When adding coconut milk, its better to add milk little by little until you get the desired thickness in the mixture. If you have left over milk, keep it for later use. Add salt to taste and a pinch of saffron to get the yellow colour. If you like, you could add the sesame seeds at this point. It adds a nice taste.
