Cheese and Bacon Scrolls Scroll Dough
  •  300g Flour
  •  1tsp Sugar
  •  ¼ tsp Chillie Powder
  •  ½ tsp Baking powder
  •  ½ tsp yeast
  •  1egg
  •  200ml milk
  •  75g butter
  •  1/2tsp Salt
Bacon Filling
  •  200g Bacon Chopped and    fried
  •  200g Grated Cheese
  •  3tbs Parsley Chopped
  •  1 onion Chopped
Method Sieve flour and baking powder into a small bowl,add sugar, yeast, butter, chilliepowder, salt, and egg. Gradually add milk and make it into a soft dough until light and smooth.Roll the dough out to a 36x25cm rectangle about 1cm thick. Sprinkle fried bacon, Cheese, onion and parsley over and roll up like a Swiss roll cut into 12 slices.Place the cut side up on a greased baking tray. Then egg wash and sprinkle bacon and cheese over scroll.Bake in a pre heated oven 200Oc for 15 minutes.
