Could you share with us what inspired you to embark on a career in education, particularly with Lyceum International Schools?
In the beginning, I was simply a housewife with a four-year-old son. My husband, Mohan Lal Grero, wanted to establish a school - both as a way of giving back to society and to ensure a quality education for our son. That’s how Lyceum International School was founded. I initially joined as a Director when the school first opened. However, four months later, when the first Principal retired, my husband began searching for a replacement. As he couldn’t find someone suitable at the time, he asked me to step in - and that’s how I became the Principal.
