When you have turned back to look at where your hours have flown by, you might realize that in the rush, you have not had a minute to yourself either…. Can the workable hours be stretched ? It can ! What’s more, you might even be able to squeeze in an hour or so for some personal exercise too. All you need is a smart plan to plan your day ahead.
It is always better to put it down in letters and words either in your phone organizer or the good old fashioned notebook/diary. That way, you would not forget or miss any of your tasks.
You might not be able to make it to everything, but this way, you will be sure to handle most of the important tasks without upsetting your schedule too much.
Planning is important so that you are prepared for any emergencies. You can also use your time most efficiently. You can break down each task to smaller segments and note it down so that it is clear, at a glance, what/how you have to go about it.
