What: Reboot Camp What is it? A one-week, part-time boot camp designed to fit around your everyday life, with access to five classes at Frame and a full nutritional plan. The week begins with a two-day juice detox and a two-hour restorative yoga class with creator Libby Limon. The Verdict: While I loved throwing myself back into daily exercise and the luxury of spending one day in a yoga class and the next in a HiiT session, rather than cramming it all into one trip to the gym, I did find it hard to keep up momentum on my own, especially when it came to the eating plan. Armed with Limon’s Reboot bible, it’s easy to see what you should and shouldn’t be eating, but it was the two-day juice detox that I struggled with. I have to admit; ten hours in I broke and ate a carrot and some scrambled eggs. It turns out I don’t cope very well without food. But after a week of healthy eating and daily gym classes I had more energy and was generally feeling much happier. I mixed flow yoga with signature classes Frame Camp and Frame Barre, which gave me the perfect combination of cardio and strength training and helped to ease any aches and pains.
